TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Bioguard 400S is a water and oil repellent agent for all kind of fibres with permanent effect on the treated fabric.

APPLICATION
The dosage of Bioguard 400S to be used depends on the fabric to be treated and on the water/oil repellency target to be reached.
However we recommend a pad-dry-cure process as follows: -
- Cellulosic fibres 30 to 60 g/l
- Synthetic fibres 20 to 50 g/l
- Blended fibres 20 to 60 g/l
Followed by dry-cure on a stenter at 150 to 180 degrees C for 1 to 2 minutes.
Drying-curing conditions must be adjusted depending on equipment / thickness of the fabric to be treated and pick up.
